Please read these SMS Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before participating in the Bisoneva Bookkeeping Client Messaging program. By opting in to receive text messages from Bisoneva Bookkeeping, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Message and data rates may apply.

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Bisoneva Bookkeeping Client Messaging program is operated by Bisoneva Limited Company (doing business as Bisoneva Bookkeeping), a bookkeeping and financial services company headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. This program enables Bisoneva Bookkeeping to communicate with clients and prospective clients via SMS (Short Message Service) text messages sent to the mobile phone number you provide.

Messages sent through this program may include client support responses, appointment and deadline reminders, account updates, and future marketing or promotional messages related to Bisoneva Bookkeeping's services. The program is designed to keep you informed and connected with your account and our team in a timely and convenient manner.

Participation in the Bisoneva Bookkeeping Client Messaging program is entirely voluntary. You are never required to enroll in this program, and your decision to opt in or opt out will have no effect on your ability to receive services from Bisoneva Bookkeeping.

2. HOW TO OPT IN

To enroll in the Bisoneva Bookkeeping Client Messaging program, you must affirmatively check the designated SMS consent checkbox on our website or client intake form. By checking this box and submitting your information, you are expressly consenting to receive recurring automated and manually sent text messages from Bisoneva Bookkeeping Client Messaging at the mobile phone number you have provided.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is entirely your choice. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Bisoneva Bookkeeping. You may still engage our services in full regardless of whether you choose to participate in this program.

3. MESSAGE TYPES AND FREQUENCY

Once enrolled, you may receive text messages from Bisoneva Bookkeeping Client Messaging that fall into the following categories:

  • Appointment-related: Notifications regarding upcoming meetings.
  • Informational / account-related notifications: Information about the status of your account, requests for documentation, or changes to your services.  Tax deadlines, document submission windows, or other time-sensitive matters relevant to your account.

4. HOW TO OPT OUT (STOP)

You may unsubscribe from the Bisoneva Bookkeeping Client Messaging program at any time. To opt out, simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from this program. You will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging that your opt-out request has been processed.

Following your opt-out, Bisoneva Bookkeeping will not send you any further SMS messages through this program, except as required by law or as necessary to confirm your opt-out. No additional marketing, reminder, or support messages will be delivered to your number unless and until you choose to re-subscribe to the program.

To re-subscribe after opting out, you may do so by following the opt-in process described in Section 2 above, or by following any re-subscription instructions provided in your opt-out confirmation message.

6. SUPPORTED CARRIERS

The Bisoneva Bookkeeping Client Messaging program is supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers. However, not all mobile carriers are supported, and message availability may vary depending on your carrier and device.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Bisoneva Bookkeeping is not responsible for any failure by a mobile carrier to deliver a message to your device in a timely or complete manner. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to the terms and conditions of your individual wireless carrier.

7. PRIVACY AND DATA USE

Bisoneva Bookkeeping takes the privacy of your personal information seriously. Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data collected in connection with the Bisoneva Bookkeeping Client Messaging program are used solely to operate this program and to deliver the messages described in these Terms.

Bisoneva Bookkeeping does not sell, share, rent, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent data to any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers acting on our behalf to operate this program, and only to the extent necessary to fulfill that purpose, and they are bound by confidentiality obligations.

8. NO CONDITION OF PURCHASE

Your consent to receive SMS messages through the Bisoneva Bookkeeping Client Messaging program is never required as a condition of purchasing, using, or receiving any product or service offered by Bisoneva Limited Company or Bisoneva Bookkeeping. You retain full access to all Bisoneva Bookkeeping services regardless of your SMS enrollment status.

9. AGE REQUIREMENT

Participation in the Bisoneva Bookkeeping Client Messaging program is available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive text messages from this program, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Bisoneva Bookkeeping reserves the right to terminate your enrollment if it is determined that you do not meet this age requirement.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bisoneva Limited Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Bisoneva Bookkeeping Client Messaging program, including but not limited to:

  • Delays, failures, or errors in the transmission or delivery of SMS messages by mobile carriers or third-party service providers;
  • Unauthorized access to or interception of SMS messages;
  • Technical failures, network outages, or circumstances beyond Bisoneva Bookkeeping's reasonable control;
  • Any actions taken or not taken in reliance upon a message received through this program.

Bisoneva Bookkeeping's total aggregate liability under these Terms, for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Bisoneva Bookkeeping in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations shall apply to the greatest extent permitted by law.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Bisoneva Bookkeeping reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Bisoneva Bookkeeping Client Messaging program, or to amend these Terms, at any time and in its sole discretion. In the event of a material change to these Terms, Bisoneva Bookkeeping will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants, which may include sending a notification via SMS, posting an updated version of these Terms on our website, or notifying you by email.

Your continued participation in the program following notice of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any changes, you may opt out of the program at any time in accordance with Section 4 above.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the Bisoneva Bookkeeping website and upon written request to our team.
